For more than three years, I have been involved with social media, specifically as it relates to social media listening and strategy. I have focused on helping clients use tools like Radian6, Alterian SM2, Scout Labs and Converseon’s Conversation Miner to understand current conversations taking place about things they care about. After analyzing results methodically based on business KPIs, we work with our clients to define business strategies around execution and governance that can result in tangible ROI from social media initiatives.
Before focusing on social media, I was a senior technology and business consultant in North America, South America and Europe at both Accenture and the Mitchell Madison Group for more than 10 years. I also have a masters degree from the prestigious INSEAD MBA program in France and Singapore along with a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
